The Mission of the State Patrol Foundation is to support the Missouri State Highway Patrol by providing services, equipment and support which might not otherwise be available to it and accepting contributions from the general public for such purposes.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Youth Academy Program

The Youth Academy Program’s goal is to provide firsthand experience to youth of the role of law enforcement officers in their community as safeguards of American freedoms, rights, safety and security. The program fosters communication, understanding, relationship-building, and a positive attitude between Officers and youth in order to create successful future interaction, and dissemination throughout the community. Through camps and events, the program provides first-hand experience, interaction, mentoring, and development of pertinent life skills to assist youth who may be interested in a career in criminal justice or law enforcement.

Troop E Explorer Post Program

The Explorer Post program was established in Troop E by the MO State Highway Patrol in 2017. Its focus is to provide hands-on learning experiences, development of life skills, classroom instruction, and interactive participation with MO State Patrol Officers for youth with an interest in law enforcement careers.

Col. Alvin R. Lubker Safety & Education Center

The Col. Alvin R. Lubker Safety & Education Center is located within the MO State Highway Patrol’s General Headquarters in Jefferson City, MO. It includes exhibits, artifacts, and learning experiences pertaining to the history, services and responsibilities of the MO State Highway Patrol and its Troopers. Nowhere in the state of MO is there such a comprehensive collection and display of information concerning the history and functions of the Patrol. Divisional exhibits include the Crime Lab, Training, Aircraft, Drug & Crime Control, Communications, and the dangers of drug abuse and impaired driving. Also included are 4 historic patrol vehicles, and a special display honoring all Troopers who have made the Ultimate Sacrifice.

Missouri Trooper Monument Fund

The mission of the MO Trooper Monument fund is to honor the Officers and Families who gave the Ultimate Sacrifice, and past, present and future service and sacrifices of over 14,000 sworn men and women in over 500 law enforcement agencies in our state who are elected, appointed, and hired to protect our community’s rights, property, and property.

Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society (MASTERS)

The MASTERS was formed in 1979 for the purpose of establishing an entirely voluntary benevolent fund for the financial aid of a Trooper’s immediate surviving family member and children if he or she is killed in the line of duty. The Maters assists with funeral expenses, loan payments, mortgage payments and immediate bills. It also provides scholarships for the Officer’s children and the surviving spouse.
